Early Founding Fathers and Fighting Masters of Martial Arts in the U.S. Although different Martial Arts styles and schools may each have their favorite founding fathers and fighters, there is wide spread consensus and agreement about the early development of Martial Arts in the United States of America. Who the first Asian Masters were that brought their native martial arts here, what styles they practiced, and even who their star American students were, is fairly well known. One of the most authoritative and accurate places you can go to learn the details of this early history, who the major players were and how they contributed, is at www.fightingmaster.com. Any American Martial Artist who wants to be worthy of his punch, kick or throw should learn about the fascinating and dynamic beginnings of the Martial Arts here in our home country.

However, much has been lost and obscured about this early history.
